This Fall why not invest yourselves into the lives of children who need that special adult or teen friend who can help them grow in their learning and in their faith in God. ACTS provides you with the opportunity to do that in a safe setting with other tutors/ mentors and a professional Site Director who will provide training and ongoing support. It’s only 2 hours a week! No special skills are required– just a willingness to be a friend to a student who needs an extra boost of care and help. Our Tutor Orientation and Training event is planned for Sat. Sept. 21 and our sites open the week of Sept. 30th. Our hope is that you will be drawn into the mission of ACTS which is “to provide 1:1 tutoring and mentoring to the elementary children of Springfield in the Spirit of Christ.” You can make a difference!
